Being located in Torquay and very close to pubic transport the cottage is in an ideal location for exploring the South Devon coastline and surrounding area.

The ground floor is predominantly open plan, hosting a spacious lounge, kitchen and dining area,  with a separate utility room with direct access to free secure underground carpark.  The 60" flatscreen smart TV with Netflix, Apple TV and Amazon prime is great for movie night if spending the night in.

Bedrooms

The first floor hosts 2 spacious king-size bedrooms and a bathroom. The 2nd bedroom can sleep upto 4, ideally 2 adults and 2 children.

Substantial Outdoor Space

The second floor is an open landing with kitchenette and office space and access to the outstanding, secluded roof terrace.
